DoxFlowy Product Updates December 2025

DoxFlowy has been growing at a breakneck pace over the last few months. We’ve been busy adding features, removing bugs we’ve found ourselves and based on the feedback of our customers, and improving usability.

All in all, it’s a better product than it was last month and the month before that.

Here’s a total update of everything we’ve been working on.

It’s divided into three parts.

• Improvements
• New features
• Bug fixes

We’ll focus most on the new features, highlight the improvements, and just mention the bug fixes. If we were to go in-depth into all of them then this update with take ten thousand words.

Let’s dive in.

New features:

We have a solid lineup of new features for DoxFlowy. Some of them are minor conveniences that will make your job easier while others can be considered core functionality.

• Questionnaire File Upload Question

When you’re customizing the questionnaire attached to your workflow. The one that allows you to generate documents, you have the option of including a file upload question. It supports various file types and you can use it however you like.

When creating this option, we envisioned you using it for things like collecting supporting documents, ID cards, images, etc. Of course, it’s up to you. Once a file is uploaded, it’s stored with the rest of the questions and can be downloaded from the analytics screen.

• Document Overage

Previously, if you exceeded the limits of your plans, your documents would no longer be automated until your plan limits reset or you upgraded. Everything would grind to a halt. We know that’s not a fun experience especially when those documents are part of important workflows.

Now, we’ve added support for document overages. That means your documents will always be automated even if you’re exceeded the limits of your plan. You’ll just be charged a token amount which is as low as a few cents in some cases.

• Tags Table of Content

Within the document workflow editor, we’ve added a table of contents (TOC) for tags. This is especially useful when you have a longer document and want to quickly find the position of tags.

You can access the TOC, click on the tags you’re looking for, and the document will automatically jump to that location. If the tag is used multiple times in the same document, just keep clicking the same tag within the TOC until you arrive at the tag you’re interested in.

• AI-powered document drafting – Idé AI

We’ve unveiled our AI assistant – Idé AI – to make it easier to draft high-quality legal documents. It’s trained on a wealth of data. It’s also pretty serious about its work. If you can make him crack a joke, let us know, it’s worthy of commendation.

Idé can do a lot of things. He can help you review clauses, create clauses, create entire documents, and more. Just ask it and you’ll get a rundown.

Idé AI can be accessed from within the editor in DoxFlowy Documents.

• Introduced our affiliate program

Are you as excited as us?

Probably not.

I digress.

We’ve officially launched our affiliate program. You can now register as an affiliate partner to promote DoxFlowy. For every new customer you bring, you’ll get a recurring commission on the sale.

Do the work once and get paid multiple times. What could be better than that?

• Added save to drive for eSigned document

You can now choose to store your electronically signed documents within Google Drive. We’ve added a direct integration. Once you’ve completed the signing process, you can choose ‘save to Drive’ amongst the list of options on the DoxFlowy Sign dashboard.

After you click save, it’ll prompt you to choose the folder you want to save your signed document and audit trail. Once selected, it’ll automatically be transferred there.

• Added new pricing plans (Solo Plan & Free Plan)

We’ve introduced new pricing plans to make it easier for anyone to get started with DoxFlowy. There’s a free plan with access to almost all the features. The main limitation is how many documents you’re able to automate.

The Solo Plan is an entry-level plan designed for people who want to unlock the power of document automation but don’t have a huge volume of documents to create. This allows you to set up your infrastructure, reap the benefits, and keep your initial investment small. Once you start seeing results, you can scale up as needed. • Google Drive Docs import for document automation

You can now import your Google Drive documents directly into DoxFlowy. Once important, it can be used as the dynamic template in your workflows.

Just click the Google drive button when you’re setting up your document workflow and all the compatible documents will be shown. Select the one you want and it’ll be imported into DoxFlowy for you to use.

• Document conditional logic

Conditional logic is where the power of DoxFlowy shines. We’ve already set up form conditional logic and people loved it. Now, we’ve added document conditional logic which gives you even more control over how your final document appears.

You can add or remove entire sections of the document, include clauses, and otherwise control what the end user sees or doesn’t see based on factors you find important.

Improvements:

• Form Builder Improvements

We’ve ironed out some kinks and made the form builder even more intuitive to use. You can get in and out faster and with less confusion.

• Added animated loading screen for workflow forms

This is a small touch for the end users. There’s a delay between when they’ve submitted their form and when the document is generated. We’ve added an animation for them to have something to look at.

• Audit trail improvement

We’ve overhauled the look and feel of the audit trail so it delivers more information and serves as even stronger proof of the signature’s legality.

• eSign Folder system improvement

Folder management was previously simple. We’ve updated it to give you more control and options. At the same time, we’ve updated the UI so it’s easier on the eyes.

• Implemented question hiding and unhiding when form condition is met

Previously, if a question was hidden by conditional logic, it would stay hidden even if the answer was changed. Now, it changes dynamically so if someone answered in a way that hid another question, they can go back to change their answer and the question will be revealed.

• Added tooltip/hover text to app sidebar menu and other areas

This is a quality-of-life improvement that makes it easier to understand what all the menu options are and navigate around DoxFlowy. We’ve added them to the menu and other strategic locations within the application.

• Added video walkthrough guides

We’ve also added multiple videos within the application that you can access whenever you need a reminder about a feature. They’re bite-sized videos that walk through a single feature or functionality.

Bug Fixes

Here are a few bugs that we’ve fixed over the last few versions. Some were minor but annoying and some needed to be fixed ASAP.

Conclusion

We’ve put in a lot of work over the last few versions and we plan to continue improving and developing DoxFlowy for a long time to come.
