Our customes are our priority. As such, we follow security and privacy best practices to make sure you and your data are always safe.
The DoxFlowy platform is hosted using secure servers provided by Digital Ocean - a publicly traded hosting company with servers all over the world. It and the services it provides customers are ISO 27001 certified which means that transactions and tasks carried out using its infrastructure follow security best practices from beginning to end.
Every interaction including creation, editing, emails, communication between other applications, etc within the DoxFlowy platform occurs across 256-bit SSL encryption provided by SSL certificates. To put it another way, whether your data is at rest and waiting for instructions or in transit to the expected recipient, it’s safe and secure so you can be sure your sensitive information will not be compromised by unauthorized third parties.
We do not store your information - whether financial or otherwise - on local servers. In fact, financial information such as credit card and payment details never hit our servers. Rather, they’re routed directly to our PCI DSS level one certified payment processor Stripe through secure forms. For data storage, we use a distributed system with contains many redundancies so that, in the very unlikely case of data loss, your information can be restored at the click of a button. Of course, these storage measures are also ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant.
DoxFlowy has a built-in and robust electronic signature solution and every sign request you send provides detailed information on the recipient which includes their IP address, the specific actions they took, and the date and time in which that action occurred. Every finished document. Completed documents have an irrevocable signing log which is further secured by a digital fingerprint (hash code). The fingerprint makes it much easier to link the document and log together and can help support the legality of the signatures collected.
The signed document and the signing log have matching hash codes (similar to digital fingerprints). If the document is tampered with in any way after you send it for signing, its hash code is changed and no longer matches the code on the signing log which invalidates the document.
