How exactly does the free trial work?

During your trial, you get access to all features contained within the plan you selected. You will not be charged and can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time before the trial period ends. After the trial period ends, the card on file will be charged according to the details of the plan you selected when registering your account. 

Do you require a contract? 

No, you can cancel your account at any time without any obligations. 

Are signatures collected legally binding? 

Yes, our electronic signature software follows the regulations set forth by the ESIGN Act in the United States and eIDAS in the European Union. Signatures created with DoxFlowy will be legally binding and can serve as evidence in court. 

How do you provide customer support? 

Customer support is provided in multiple ways. First, you're able to access our help documents and videos via our support website. Secondly, when you log in to your account, you have access to live chat support during working hours. If we're not available when you send us a message, then we'll get an email and asnwer you as soon as we get back the following working day.

Is payment data I submit safe?

Of course. Your payment information is safe. Here's the thing, we never interact directly with your credit card information - it never hits our servers. Instead, our PCI level one certified payment processor, Stripe, is in charge of handling all payments on our behalf to ensure your data remains safe. 

How do I cancel?

You just need to go to the billing section of your account and hit the cancel subscription button. If you need help, just reach out to the support team. 

Who is considered a paying user?

There are two types of people that can be invited to your accout. 

1. People you invite to collaborate on specific documents. You do not have to register a paid account for these people to access the document 

2. People who can work on documents autonomously. They can create their own document automation workflows and access other aspects of DoxFlowy like sending out documents for signing. These are paying users. 

What is an 'integration per document'

After a document has been automatically created, you'll most likely want to do other things like send it to your document storage application, send it off for signing, send a notification to someone, etc. 

These individual actions are facilitated through internal and external integrations and each document has a limit to the number of actions that can be performed based on your plan. Most documents require 1 - 2 actions after they have been created.
